How much does DigiLabs cost?

Accepted Answer

DigiLabs has four plans: Starter Commerce ($399 down + 5,499 EGP delivery + $149/mo/month), Business Automation (5,000 + 8,750 + 3,500/month), Pro Sales Machine (8,000 + 12,000 + 5,750/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Down payment holds your slot, delivery fee is due on go-live, and the monthly subscription is billed in advance.

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Setup takes 7 days from kickoff. Day 0 is discovery, Day 1 is kickoff, Days 2–4 are website build, Days 5–6 are WhatsApp automation, and Day 7 is launch. If your system isn't live within 7 days of kickoff (subject to you providing materials), we extend your first month free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No penalty after the first 3 months. Down payment and delivery fee are non-refundable. Email hello@digilabs.site to cancel; it takes effect at the end of the billing cycle following your notice period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, bank transfer (in EGP to an Egyptian bank account), and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Invoices are issued in EGP and monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

Do you offer support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We target 99.9% uptime and respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00 Cairo time). Pro and Enterprise plans include priority response (4 business hours) and emergency out-of-hours support for critical issues.

Does the AI assistant really handle customer conversations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our AI sales assistant is trained on your products and handles around 80% of customer conversations fully autonomously — order-taking, follow-ups, FAQs, and abandoned cart recovery. The remaining 20% (custom orders, complaints, complex requests) are routed to a human. The assistant speaks Arabic and English.
